Michael Adegbenro

Michael is a transaction and strategy adviser with over four years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, and strategic advisory. At Quartus, he supports private and public sector clients in evaluating investment opportunities, business and project development, and designing strategies that enhance organizational performance and long-term value creation.

His expertise covers financial modelling and valuation, investment appraisal, business planning, project structuring, capital raising, and corporate strategy development. He has delivered advisory engagements across key sectors, including energy, agriculture, infrastructure, FMCG, and financial services.

Michael holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Federal University of Technology Akure, is an Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) certified by the Financial Modelling Institute (Canada), and has passed the CFA Level I examination.
