David Adeoye

David is a transaction and strategic adviser with more than 20 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, and transaction advisory services. His work experience covers corporate strategy and finance, financial services, and energy finance.

Over the years, his work has focused on corporate strategy and business planning, industry and competitive analysis, market and project feasibility studies, financial valuation, development and review of financial models, deal structures, and capital-raising programmes for acquisitions, new ventures, and new projects.

As a management consultant, David worked in the strategy practice of Phillips Consulting Limited, and later in the Energy & Natural Resources group of Accenture and the transaction advisory services team of Ernst & Young. He also held a portfolio management role in Polaris Bank Limited, where he focused on non-bank operating assets covering corporate finance, trusteeship, stockbroking, insurance, and mortgage banking.

David is a founder of a consulting firm that has offered strategic and transaction advisory services to clients’ businesses in Nigeria and other countries within and outside Africa. He holds a first degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a Certified Energy Risk Professional (ERP), as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
